It was 1978 when Jamie Jung began pursuing her dream as a swimwear designer. Growing up as a surfer in Southern California, she often made suits for herself and her friends. Her suits were so popular she began getting orders from local surf shops. Jamie and her brother, Jeff Jung, became partners and with the help of a few friends, Point Conception was born.

Today Point Conception is based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California just inland from the beautiful Pacific Ocean that inspired the Jungs. Jamie continues to be the creative force behind Point Conception while Jeff is the organizational partner and CFO.

Remaining close to it's roots, Point Conception has spent the last two decades generating sales through business' with the finest surf and specialty shops in the United States.
